The team is responsible for:

  • Client Focus – Developing a deep understanding of our external clients and internal service consumers, building close relationships with key stakeholders and defining business strategy for cross-enterprise capabilities

  • Partnership – Providing self-service products to empower our various channels to rapidly deliver capabilities to our clients

  • Strategy – Setting a clear and aspirational product vision for cross-enterprise business services

  • Execution –Owning and driving all aspects required to bring new digital capabilities to clients, including the definition, creation, development and implementation of the solutions that help us drive unparalleled speed, scale, and service to the enterprise

Embrace Cross-Enterprise Business Opportunities

  • You will be at the forefront of evolving the way we work across teams and the company by incorporating design thinking, a cross-enterprise approach and end to end collaboration

  • You will engage directly with potential users to gather requirements and specifications, with a focus on each user's goals, expectations and constraints

  • You will define new or existing systems and processes aligned to the product scope, and work with fellow Product Managers to determine any resulting effort and timelines associated to these findings

  • You will be an active member of a development team, presenting and explaining requirements, while fielding questions and assisting in resolving issues

  • You will contribute to a product backlog and actively track development to ensure the service is built to specifications while leading integration discussions with potential partners

  • You will help foster a step function change in development speed and efficiency

  • You will frame challenges as problems that are solved through critical thinking, collaboration and experimentation

  • You will focus on business impact and develop actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics

  • You will build and maintain an Outcome focused product roadmap that is reflective of organizational requirements and industry trends

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial passion, professional persistence and a perpetually positive attitude

  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology

  • Highly motivated with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple products all at once

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations in order to tell a compelling story; experience providing frequent updates to stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly research and assess enterprise systems, processes and capabilities, with a focus on identifying structural issues/inefficiencies, functional interdependencies and cross-enterprise redundancies

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly synthesize disconnected documentation and artifacts, and employ frameworks or other organizing principles to demonstrate their collective relevance to the organization or a specific opportunity

  • Demonstrated experience in modeling and rationalizing the cost basis and timeline implications of buy versus build decisions

  • Extensive experience in creating and evolving visual models such as flow charts, business capability maps, process diagrams, journey maps, and story maps

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business

  • 5+ years digital product experience

  • Experience with API development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus.
