Engineering leadership role to coordinate, design, implement and evaluate sonar related signal processing, target tracking and classification projects. Includes supervision/evaluation of scientists/engineers and students.Prepares proposals and plans, schedules and oversees research projects.Reports and presents results to team, project directors and sponsors.Oversee analysis and validation of sonar data.Travel in support of projects, data collection and system evaluation efforts.Other related functions as assigned.
