WorkSource Oregon Customer Service Specialist in Baker City, Oregon
We are looking for a creative self-starter with excellent customer service skills, and good at multitasking. We offer a fun work environment, and pride ourselves on fast and friendly service. QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent customer service. * Basic computer knowledge and learning skills including Word, Excel, and Adobe. * Excellent multitasking skills. * Have a willingness to learn. * Work in a fast-paced environment. * No experience necessary, on the job training will be provided! JOB DUTIES: * Provide excellent customer service. * Greet and help customers with a friendly manner. * Input information into our UPS and US Mail programs. * Designing business cards, flyers, banners, invitations, etc. * Make copies, scan documents, send emails and fax documentation using our commercial machines. * Clean and rearrange stock throughout store. * Maintain confidentiality and remain professional with work orders. * Package customers items and goods for shipping. * Gift wrapping presents. * Run cash register. * Regularly lift up to 35 pounds. HOURS: * Full Time Position. * Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm (with 30 minute lunch). * Friday 9:30am - 1:00pm.
