Loyola University Maryland Associate Director Undergraduate Slate Operations in Baltimore, Maryland
Position Details:
Join our expanding team in the Enrollment division as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Slate Operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining, streamlining, and optimizing Slate (the Admission CRM ) and support the Enrollment Data & Analytics department through a variety of responsibilities including monitoring the daily operations of the CRM , data management, Slate user training across the university, student search, and prospect-to-inquiry management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a CRM system, Technolutions Slate experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical/analytical thinking skills in order to troubleshoot issues and solve problems.
• Must be process-driven with the willingness and ability to learn new systems.
• Must possess high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; editing/proofreading a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau and Workday is also highly desired, but not required
