Actalent Construction Administrator in Baltimore, Maryland
Description:
Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing architectural projects during the construction phase
Responsibilities include facilitating communication, maintaining project records, and ensuring that construction activities align with design intent
Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution
Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and traveling to job sites monthly
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of continuous Architecture and Construction Administration experience
Background in multi-family, housing is highly preferred
Procore experience
Proficiency in interpreting construction documents
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
