The Role: Associate Director – KY3P Customer Excellence
The Team:
The S&P Global Customer Excellence group is seeking a highly qualified project manager for placement within a project team servicing Third Party Risk Management. Successful candidates will assume a role which includes working with product, solutions and engineering teams to successfully deliver customer onboarding implementations for S&P Global's KY3P.

Responsibilities:
This role involves managing large product implementations that involve high degree of product development effort and customization.
Driving customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.
Ability to engage competently with customer at all levels of the organization, through to CxO level.
P&L responsibility for the project.
Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.
Provide leadership to a group of junior project managers.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree & 7+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience
3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to risk management business domain OR similar experience.
Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry.
Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels
Good business knowledge in risk management space
Excellent customer facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
Good commercial awareness and governance.
Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience.
Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)
Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordingly.
Willingness to help others
