About our Role
This is a position in Quality Assurance responsible for leading the development and execution of performance and automation testing solutions. This position works with management to apply automation strategy and to plan and execute effective and efficient performance and automation testing to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.
Responsibilities
Interacting with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements.
Helping Innovate process improvements that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
Researching available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively
Identifying areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.
Maintaining flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities meet the needs of the business
Reporting issues and results and ensure that testing addresses requirements as agreed with other stakeholders.
Requirements
Have understanding of QA methodologies, Architecture design and microservices.
Experience in Automation Testing & Knowledge in SQL queries.
Experience in QA Testing skills and knowledge of the software development process.
Working on backend applications like microservices is good to have
Have good research skills and ability to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing
Able to admin testing tools/environments.
Have great verbal and written communication skills
