As our successful SAP Controlling Architect within our Digital & Tech (D&T) Finance Chapter, you will own the Global Cost Solution for the dsm-firmenich group.
You will be accountable for the management, delivery, and improvement of Global Cost solution by bringing the best standards in CFIN for cost and profitability analysis.
Reporting to the Finance Chapter Lead, you will have 360º view on SAP ECC&CFIN for FP&A.

Your key responsibilities:
Manage end to end solution for global cost solution included in ECC and CFIN landscape.
Manage senior FP&A stakeholders to align reporting needs within the current landscape.
Be able to incorporate the right SAP standards to the different business units and harmonize the Global Cost solution.
Act as an SAP CO & CFIN expert and architect guiding different team members on the design of solutions having a holistic landscape view.
Support FP&A community for PEC activities and improvements/automations.
Improve way or working for this area by adding quality steps on the e2e chain from the demand to the delivery.

You bring:
Deep expertise in SAP CFIN and CO. Strong focus on SAP finance data analysis and Integration (CFIN) for manufacturing cost controlling (CO-PC, CO-ML) and profitability analysis (COPA) processes.
Demonstrable management skills where you can best estimate technical efforts, follow up with team, lead discussions and prepare summary reports/ KPIs.
Understanding of end-to-end flows from manufacturing and logistics till FP&A reporting being able to identify improvement areas in SAP.
Experience of Senior Stakeholder management at global and regional levels.
Passion for the Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.
Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with offshore teams. Proactive and commitment to the day-to-day deliveries.
