Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team. Support Professionals assist adults with addictions concerns with residential treatment. At Barron Area Residential Treatment (BART), licensed counselors provide services to adult males referred through the Department of Corrections and who have a history of substance use disorder. Barron Area Residential Treatment provides Transitional Residential (halfway house) services; length of stay is determined by client need. The program utilizes evidence based practices targeted to reduce recidivism and relapse. Under supervision, the Adult Residential Support Professional performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors) or Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis). This is a part-time, 18-24 hours per week, 2nd shift opportunity. Hours will be 1 day/week on Mondays from 2pm-10pm and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) working flexible hours, either 8am-2pm or 4pm, OR 2pm or 4pm - 10pm.
