An Administrative Assistant is needed immediately at Blackmon Incsurance Company in Bay Minette, AL. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-4:00PM work schedule.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Performing administrative tasks as needed in an insurance office.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Maintaining files.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Must have knowledge of computers, office equipment, and MS Excel.
