GVI Inc. , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Bayview, Idaho.

Position Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics from an accredited college or university; U.S. citizenship and Secret personnel security clearance (PCL).

  • Target Experience: 12 years of experience as a Contract Site Manager which includes some experience in all of the following areas:

  1. Management of engineering and technical personnel performing operations and maintenance on multiple complex technical projects and/or programs occurring simultaneously.

  2. Management experience of projects / programs associated with engineering design and development, implementation, configuration, testing and evaluation of complex mechanical and electrical systems, including shipboard and underwater acoustic measurement systems.

  3. Demonstrated project management and leadership experience to include facilitating personnel training, personnel qualification on complex systems, engineering configuration management, operational risk management, cost control / financial management, work planning and scheduling, safety and security practices, and environmental policy.

  4. Demonstrated experience in developing engineering and technical documentation including technical reports, technical drawings, technical proposals, etc.
