University Hospitals Health System HRIS Business Analyst II (Remote and Reside locally) in Beachwood, Ohio
Description What You Will Do Manages vendor interface relationships and processing * Troubleshoot errors via error log reports * Interface with internal IT resources to modify interfaces as needed * Lead team members of interface development teams for new processes and vendors * Validates/Tests interface changes to meet new guidelines or fix identified errors * Audit data integrity of interfaces Makes recommendations, writes project plan and business specifications for process or interface improvements to ensure employee satisfaction and information accuracy * Leads project team for any approved recommended changes * Contributes to the development and implementation of applicable changes in Oracle Manages Vendor discrepancy reports and audits in conjunction with HR Service Center Specialist * Recommends, develop and test changes to interfaces and business processes to reduce vendor discrepancies * Participates in technology change management and systems testing Assists with on-going HR data requests to the organization including: * HR employee data for survey participation * HR Scorecard - Key Performance Indicators Audit analysis and recommendations on process improvements * Develops and provides on-going audits of employee data and works with the HR Shared Services team to ensure data is corrected Responsible for working with the HR business leaders and HR Shared Services team to develop report specs and liaison with BSG to implement reports in production Responsible for providing HRIS support for large employee changes and/or acquisitions related to establishing Oracle business/position structures Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
