Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Farmworkers to work in Beardsley MN. From: 03/01/2025 - 12/30/2025. Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day A general work week is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Therefore, hours above 40 per week may be offered but are not guaranteed. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. Must Apply By: 08/01/2025 JOB DUTIES: Assist with operating farming equipment to till soil, plant, harvest and haul crops. Assist with swine duties such as vaccinations. General maintenance and servicing of equipment and farm grounds. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage range due to experience or merit. JOB REQUIREMENTS: (3) months experience, must have a Class D driver's license or be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. No minimum education requirement. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
