This role will be responsible for helping ensure Quality is providing a high level of customer service for the production and shipping departments. The individual in this position will provide a supporting role for all major functions within the QA/QC Quality Group.- The responsibilities will include assisting with Incoming components and materials, support for floor technicians, and support for audit lab technicians as the work load requires.

Job Responsibilities:

• Incoming inspections and Material testing to ensure timeliness turnaround

• Floor inspections and Audits to contribute to backlogs

• Final Audits – Packet inspections, Oven charts, Outside processing, GDP review-

• Departmental activities (Training, Assessments)-

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent is required

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Quality, or Manufacturing is preferred.

• 1-3 Years Experience in Manufacturing Environment is required

• 3-5 Years Experience in Production Office Environment is required

• 3-5 Years Office Paperwork Experience (Accuracy, Organization, Processing of Jobs) is required

• Customer service-oriented approach in all interactions with internal customers, team, and visitors is required

• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QAD, and Factivity is required

• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in work and a high level of urgency and organization is required
