Aston Carter Order Entry Representative in Bell Gardens, California
An Electronics manufacturer in LA is looking for a Order Entry/Inside Sales Rep.
Pay:
$25-$30
Description:
• Accurately input data & orders into our database.
• Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests.
• Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products.
• Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date.
• Check inventory control.
• Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments.
• Perform various clerical duties, including filing and record retention.
Skills:
Order entry, sage 100 erp, Microsoft office, Customer service, Purchase order
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in order processing,- Preferred
• Electrical product experience is highly preferred!
• High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be customer-retention focused
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
