Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage a dynamic team within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day supervision, training, and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage 4 leads and 40 production/operators.
Train associates and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to team members.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths.
Set clear goals and objectives.
Responsible for employee timekeeping.
Assess the performance of team members.
Use Excel to track production flow.
Pay/Shift/Additional Information:
Pay: $28.00/hr. - $38.00/hr. (Salary)
Benefit from a salary position with additional straight time pay after 50 hours.
Enjoy a two-week vacation and a stable work schedule with projects booked out until 2027.
2nd shift 1:30pm-12:00am. Monday through Friday with OT and weekends as necessary.
They are currently working Saturdays and some Sundays to get caught up on production. MUST BE OKAY WITH OT.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
