What you'll be doing Uses DMAIC tools to investigate non-conformances and participates in (CAPA)-related activities, including CAPA ownership as required. Applies engineering product development/process knowledge to solve quality issues (e.g., FMEA, Design of Experiments, Fishbone) Performs standard engineering assignments to support change controls, new product development, and assists cross-functional teams in identification of risks. Support and oversee inventory control of incoming material. Maintain and own components of the calibration process. Supports product testing to ensure product conformance to specifications. Understands principles of complaint handling process and supports complaint investigations. Analyzes returned complaint devices for further failure analysis. Conducts complaint trend analysis and analyzes data from various sources (Non-Conformances, Field Corrective Actions, and Complaints). Supports Quality internal and external audits as required. What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related environment Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace.
