Ingersoll Rand Account Management Specialist in Benoi Rd, Singapore
Job Summary
The Account Management Specialist/Customer Service Specialist will be based in Singapore and accountable for end-to-end order fulfilment and customer service support for the business unit. He/she will be responsible for new item/customer creation, fulfilling orders and managing client accounts within Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system.
Process sales and manage orders for SEA countries and Rest of Asia using Oracle system.
Provide commercial team timely and accurate information about shipment forecast.
Liaise with warehouse/factories and forwarders to arrange local and export shipment.
Issue invoices and necessary shipping documents for shipments
Review LC draft, prepare and collate documents from various factories for LC presentation.
Coordinate with related parties on non-warranty claims.
Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and factory etc.
Liaise with supply planning team to ensure product availability in warehouse for order fulfilment.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Admin/Supply Chain Management or related fields.
