Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Manager to support one of our large generic pharmaceutical clients based in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This person will oversee our client's US centralized payroll and HR Operations functions, supporting an organization of 2,200 employees across multiple states. The role focuses on accuracy of critical and confidential HR data, compliance, and efficiency while ensuring the best employee experience for HR matters. This person will be joining the Total Rewards Compensation & Benefits team and be responsible for managing a direct report. They must have expert-level experience and knowledge of UKG payroll processes along with Payroll, Benefits and Time and Attendance system implementation experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within Payroll at a mid-sized or large organization

• Expert knowledge of UKG Payroll Software

• Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance UKG system implementation experience

• Multi-state payroll management experience

• Supervisory/People Management experience

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

• Experience building, configuring, producing, and auditing reports in in UKG's Business Intelligence - Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry experience null
