Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-MUST be willing to work outside year round (snow, cold, hot, etc.).

-General labor experience is preferred, but also someone who has worked in landscaping or construction (outdoor environment) is also a major preference.

-A candidate who is Mechanically inclined is preferred. (Example: Changing tires, jump starting a car, basic mechanic skills), just because of the work they will have to do with checking in the car and the things they will have to identify.

-This person needs to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They won't have to do it often but they need to be able to in the event that they have to move something related to the car that weighs a lot.
