Description

We are recruiting for an exceptional company looking for an HR Assistant to assist their growing team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their Human Resources team in various HR related tasks such as:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires.

  • Coordinate job offers and facilitate new employee orientation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases.

  • Process employee status changes and manage benefit enrollments.

  • Organize and file HR documents in compliance with regulations.

  • Assist in benefits administration and communicate changes to employees.

  • Support HR projects and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a related administrative role.

  • Familiarity with HRIS software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
