Then join us as Building Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding building experience ensuring that our customers have the world´s best physical and digital building experiences!

Core Responsibilities

With an end-to-end perspective, you will craft, develop, and test high quality building experience with strong focus on ensuring a natural build flow that fits the age of the target group, their motor- as well as cognitive skills. This includes:

  • Build and Finalize: Build both physical and digital experience to ensure a smooth and targeted building flowand great building experience for the target groups/age mark.Finalize the layout of the building experience according to guidelines.

  • Children’s Ambassador: Act as a BX Specialist in the development process, representing the interests of children.

  • Quality Delivery: Deliver consistently high quality in all sub-results as well as in the final building experience.

  • Innovation: Help bring new building experience concepts to life in both the physical and digital world and continuously look for opportunities to improve the building experience.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in knowledge sharing and share relevant learnings with all stakeholders and collaborators.Integrate results and observations in your work and challenge decisions that conflict with our best practice.

  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate continuous improvement activities/projects to ensure constant optimization of work processes and tools.

Do you have what it takes

You come with a natural passion for the LEGO® brick and the LEGO building system!

You have a high level of change readiness and a “can do” attitude. You are detail oriented, and you always integrate quality assurance in everything you do. It will be an advantage if you have experience with the agile/scrum principles.

There are several entries into this role. You might have a background as constructional architect, design engineer, 2D/3D graphic designer or similar background and/or education.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Experience with IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, InDesign, 3D tools)

  • A strong understanding of model construction and various target groups

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in English

  • Experience in driving small projects

  • Experience in cross functional tasks

  • Ability to plan own time

Moreover, it will be an advantage if you bring:

  • Proven skills in 3D and 2D tools and digital development

  • Solid knowledge of children’s motor skills and play patterns

  • Proficiency in preparing for and implementing change initiatives

  • Knowledge of translating guidelines and design principles into concrete output
