Monday - Friday, Day shift, 8hours

Position Summary
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing hands-on day to day IT support for Good Shepherd Communities Systems, to include staff and residents. Setting up various computerized devices, multiple Windows Operating Systems and related peripherals. Installation, support and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Working in a networked environment to include mapping drives, printers and login considerations.
Position Qualifications/ Requirements
Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
AAS degree form accredited institution preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working in an IT Support role.
Experience in health care operations a plus
