Customer Service Representative (CSR) in

- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule IFR appointments for agent and sales team
- Handle administrative needs required by the agent and sales staff
- Be knowledgeable in all products and service tasks
- Process and clear items on the BOD report daily
- Greet customers/prospects upon first point of contact.
- Process policy changes, update household information and handle policyholder claims.
- Contact prospects and policyholders to set appointments.
- Clear out Beginning of Day reports daily, prepare sales materials for the agent.
- Handle additional duties that may be assigned by the agent.
