Job Title: Electrician
Job Description
As a Wire Pull Electrician, you will be responsible for terminating motor starters, control, and power wires. You will cut, thread, bend, and install raceway (conduit) and cable trays in an industrial setting. Additionally, you will install wire through raceways and cable trays to be tested by MCA, ensuring all work complies with NECA 101 standards.
Responsibilities
Terminate motor starters, control, and power wires.
Cut, thread, bend, and install raceway (conduit) and cable trays.
Install wires through raceways and cable trays for MCA testing.
Follow standards laid out by NECA 101.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical work, including wiring, troubleshooting, and installation.
Proficiency in conduit work and pulling wire.
Familiarity with NECA 101 standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a wire puller.
Ability to count hours worked towards electrical apprenticeships and JM licenses.

Work Environment
The work environment is not climate controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You will also work outdoors 20% of the time. The schedule includes 1st shift, 4 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM-5:30 PM) either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. Steel toe boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
