Position Description

A global leader in metal stamping, vibratory deburr, and centrifugal metal surface finishing seeks a dynamic individual to join our team. As Machine Operator, the selected person will be instrumental in keeping the finishing machines running and maintaining an eye on any quality concerns. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineer. Future training in other areas of the plant.

MACHINE

OPERATOR

Principle

Responsibilities:

Responsible

for

the

loading

and

unloading

of

finishing

media

and

parts

into

various

types

of

mass

media

finishing

equipment

s

uch

as

tumblers,

harperizors,

vibratory

bowls

and/or

drying

equipment

and

or

shot

peening

equipment.

Responsible

for

following

operation

sheets

and

process

sheets

in

the

mass

media

finishing

of

parts

to

assure

compliance

to

internal

and

customer

's

requirements.

Responsible

for

ensuring

that

work

is

identified

and

segregat

ed

per

the

operation

and/or

process

sheet.
