Automotive Finance is a highly strategic team supporting a rapidly transforming industry with informative analysis, recommendations, planning, and reporting. Working on multiple projects at a time, you'll be focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. You will also collaborate with hardworking finance colleagues from around the globe to ensure division projects are aligned with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead operating expense analysis for the Automotive divisions annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate presentation to senior leadership

Responsible for overseeing variance analysis of operating expenses during the month-end close process, which includes managing project and cost center master data and related reporting structures

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and industry disruptors to develop financial models that evaluate new products, market segments or business models

Support the Product and Engineering organizations to prioritize new research projects and establish product pipeline cut lines to align functional plans with annual budgets.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred 7 years related work experience in corporate finance, preferably within the automotive industry or with a large global company Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment Natural curiosity, including a willingness to learn/understand various aspects of Bose Automotive Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI Experience leading high performing teams Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
