Express Services Inc Customer Service Representative in Hardeeville, South Carolina

Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment. Will mainly answer and respond to inbound phone calls with the potential to handle some outbound calls relating to orders, estimated time of arrivals and sales order fulfillment. Will serve as part of our front line of communication, navigating resources and solving inquiries relating to customer needs and inquiries. Will handle customer calls regarding the company's services to researching resolutions to consumer needs - you will be a key part of the team with everything you do. REQUIREMENTS: Previous Customer Service Representative experience is required. Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Rep experience handling inbound and outbound Excellent computer skills Must possess the ability to function in a fast-paced operations environment. Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task under pressure. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work independently and within a team. Must be willing to work additional hours when required. Good at mathematics Comfortable working from heights if needed to operate Material Handling Equipment Able to move and lift items up to 50 pounds.
