What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern Global Concur Contracting

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Expected start date to end date: August 2024

  • Create contracts based on standard templates for SAP Concur existing and potential new customers globally. You will be responsible for drafting, modifying, updating, and finalizing contracts, but also reviewing proposed deals submitted by Account Executives.

  • Internal Customer Support/Administration: Assist with contract activation, contract cancellation and contract amendments for non-revenue generating issues (Terminations, Swap of services, etc.).

  • Provide proactive support to Sales teams for queries related to SAP Concur contracts.

  • Assist the team with support on different projects such as but not limited to: onboarding program, creating process documentation, process/system improvements etc.

  • Proactive collaboration and communication with team members, manager, and other internal customers in an international environment.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences of business administration, business information systems, law, translation or adjacent disciplines.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. German, French or Portuguese are a plus.

  • Proficiency with MS Office products (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to details: Be able to spot errors, omissions, inconsistency, and ambiguous language.

  • Self-motivated, team player, analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern with good communication skills.

  • Time management skills, ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

The Global Concur Contracting team, part of Commercial Finance CoE, is committed to providing innovative expertise to help our business partners Bring Out Their Best by offering support with tasks related SAP Concur contracts (contract creation/modification, validations, activation) and fostering collaborative partnerships working in close cooperation with Sales, Legal, Deals Desk, IT, Implementation and Billing teams.
