Micron Technology, Inc. has an opening for DRAM Design Engineer in Boise, ID.
Job duties: Work with worldwide marketing, probe, assembly, test, process integration, CAD, verification engineering and product engineering groups to ensure proper testing and manufacturability of product. Work closely with design and product engineering to ensure that test mode definitions and documentation are clearly written and complete. Design, standardize, and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows and coverage on all designs. Ensure that new technologies include the needed test mode designs to allow for full fail coverage testing. Perform circuit simulations using standard industry simulators. Participate in new circuit conception and design as needed. Responsible for reliability verification of designed circuits. Assist in silicon design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions as needed. Assist verification engineering with test mode verification plans.
Requirements:Employer will accept a Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a DRAM Design Engineer-related occupation.
