Develop, debug, and maintain test programs for use in the various facets of the quality-reliability assurance processes. Work with various engineering groups to evaluate and implement corrective action and with Production to provide support. Develop specific tests flows to meet customer reliability and design validation requirements. Optimize test flows for maximum alignment with design and test equipment capabilities. Ensure availability of Test program for engineering and qualification support. Create and maintain documentation (flowcharts, users guide, developers guide). Ensure validation of test, tester, and data system solutions. Perform Device Reliability and Characterization. Identify product Technical Spec Matrix (TSM) and datasheet parameters to characterize. Characterize the Test environment and identify best known solution. Analyze Test Failures to Determine the Actual Cause of Failure. Troubleshoot problems and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency (automation, reporting, training). Sustain activities to keep qualification and testing in alignment with requirements (scope, schedule, costs, resources). Facilitate site alignment through correlation, review, documentation, and training. Generate customized engineering test flows for experiments and evaluations. Develop software tools for analyzing reliability test data and failure modes.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Quality Engineer-related occupation.
