Senior Project Manager Job Description
Remote (able to work CET and MST)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for defining and managing the overall project scope throughout its lifecycle, building and tracking detailed project budgets, and providing regular financial updates. Your role will include creating detailed project schedules, managing project resources, and aggressively managing the schedule to ensure timely project completion. You will identify, track, and mitigate project issues and risks, escalating issues and resolution plans quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include leading the UAT cycle, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and assisting in developing the change management plan in collaboration with Corporate OCM. Experience with SAP integrations, data migrations, and managing global Salesforce implementations is essential, along with a solid understanding and practical experience in the Agile space. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as well as being comfortable speaking in front of stakeholders. You need to be driven and organized, able to meet firm deadlines, and embody the company's values in all interactions and project management activities.
Job Qualifications:
Education: BS/BA in a business-related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
Project Management Expertise: Mastery of established project management methodologies and best practices, with PMP certification desired.
Leadership and Adaptability: Excellent leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders, with strong facilitation and elicitation abilities.
Technical Experience: Proficiency in SAP integrations, data migrations, managing global Salesforce implementations, and Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills: Possesses strong soft skills, highly driven, and organized.
