The Role
Lumen is seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Architect with a strong background in ERP SAP BRIM processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to design, analyze, and communicate complex ERP SAP BRIM processes, ensuring the seamless integration and operation of our systems.
Work Location
This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze ERP SAP BRIM processes related to deferred revenue, biller invoice processing, BRIM master data elements, bank payments, bank file processing, BRIM collections, biller outbound statements, and month-end close.
Communication: Effectively communicate ERP SAP BRIM processes and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with business objectives.
SOX Controls: Articulate and monitor SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls for BRIM, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of ERP SAP BRIM operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure the successful implementation and support of ERP SAP BRIM solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP SAP BRIM processes and controls, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP SAP BRIM architecture and design.
In-depth knowledge of ERP SAP BRIM processes, including deferred revenue, biller invoice processing, BRIM master data elements, bank payments, bank file processing, BRIM collections, biller outbound statements, and month-end close.
Proven ability to articulate and monitor SOX controls for BRIM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
