The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support to director and manager positions within the department. In addition, the person will work closely with the Manager of Special Events and the Manager of Front Office Operations. This position reports directly to the Manager of Front Office Operations. This person is the front-line contact for all special event requests coming into the office and will have the authority to determine which requests can be delegated directly to PTS staff (visitor permit fulfillment, meter bag requests, etc.) and have the responsibility to coordinate efforts to ensure those requests are fulfilled appropriately. This position provides support for front line customer service positions and will work from the Alumni Square Garage from 7:00 -11:00 am and the PTS Office from 12:00-4:00 pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of college with at least one year of work experience OR at least three years of work experience.

    Additional Information:

Hourly Range: $15.13 - $16.50
