Sign On Bonus: $20,000

Responsibilities

As the Performance Improvement Educator RN, you will:

  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate the care of residents throughout the nursing home from 9:00am to 5:30pm

  • Facilitate the educational needs of all Long Term Care staff

  • Be responsible for the implementation of educational needs and orientation of new nursing staff

  • Serve as a liaison with acute care in providing additional educational opportunities and cross training, when applicable

  • Charge Nurse duties

Qualifications

Registered Nurse Degree from a recognized college or university

MN RN License

Pay Range

$29.16 - $42.28 /hour
