About the Role Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time Accounts Control Supervisor to work in-person out of our East Bremerton, WA location. The Accounts Control Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the administrative and supervisory responsibilities of the Accounts Control department. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Assists in providing coaching, training, and development to all Accounts Control team members. Supports the Accounts Control Manager and Credit Administration by measuring performance metrics and assists employees with daily collection questions and concerns. Quick Facts Reports to: Accounts Control Manager Employment Type: Full-time, salary, exempt, in-person Salary Range: $67,728 - $97,703.99 annually depending on experience Bonus Target: 7% potential incentive of base pay Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Grade: 10BC Industry: Banking What you will do * Oversees and assists with collections functions and resolution of problem or delinquent accounts. * Assists in the development, training, and oversight of the collections team. Provides performance input and implements performance coaching and training. Acts as the Accounts Control Manager in their absence. * Establish collector assignments, monthly collection targets for the team, and confirm performance metrics for individual collection representatives. * Handle dispute resolution with members and vendors. Work with internal and external partners to create effective solutions for problem account management. * Motivate staff while maintaining a team focused structure and an atmosphere of accountability. * Participate in the interviewing and hiring process. Provide feedback to the Accounts Control Manager for annual performance reviews and recommends corrective action as necessary. Basic Qualifications * High School degree or GED. * Minimum 3 years collections and lending processes experience. * One year of previous supervisory or collections lead experience. * Experience servicing post charge off, high risk, deficiency balances, and real estate collections. Preferred Skills * Strong verbal and written communication with negotiation skills.
