West Sound Workforce is recruiting Level II Aluminum Welders for a Kitsap-based boat manufacturer known for building high-performance vessels for military, law enforcement, and rescue operations worldwide. - Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
What you will do as an Aluminum Welder II:
- Accurately weld and assemble aluminum components for high-performance boats
- Prepare and align metal surfaces using precision tools and techniques
- Ensure structural integrity and safety in every project
- Contribute to company goals of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in the boat-building process
What we are looking for:
- Any combination of training, education, or experience equivalent to a minimum of five years of experience as a welder/fabricator
- Intermediate skills in welding, fabricating, and fitting with proven experience in aluminum welding, GMAW (MIG) preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50lbs and physical stamina to perform the essential duties of the position
- Ability to pass a skill test relevant to the position
