The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and President, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the executive office. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial industry.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

salary: $25 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily schedule of the COO and President, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.

  • Handle confidential information and communications with the utmost discretion.

  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.

  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the COO and President.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks and action items.

  • Provide support in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation.

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
