Description We are offering a compelling opportunity for an IT Manager based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role operates within the telecom provider industry and will be instrumental in shaping and developing the IT department. The IT Manager will leverage their proficiency in various technologies, along with strong leadership skills, to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize 4+ years of IT experience to lead cross-functional project management efforts
• Employ proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and Azure for various tasks and projects
• Leverage strong leadership skills to independently shape and develop the IT department
• Utilize extensive knowledge of IT governance, data protection, and cybersecurity to ensure company systems are secure and compliant
• Manage ERP, CRM, and field service platform implementations during acquisitions
• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities
• Utilize various skills including Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Contracts to carry out responsibilities effectively
• Align IT strategies with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes by leveraging a proven track record in managing ERP, CRM, and field service platform implementations during acquisitions. Requirements • Must have a sound understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required
• A strong understanding of Database Management and related technologies
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Must have knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Should possess extensive knowledge of Backup Technologies
• Must have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management is required
