Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Level: Senior Manager

Location: Wall Township, NJ. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

We are seeking an expert in SAP Marketing Cloud integrations and cloud management. The role will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, and enhancing user management and segmentation capabilities and is pivotal in driving our company's digital transformation and customer engagement strategies.

• Lead the integration of SAP Cloud solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Oversee user management within the SAP Cloud environment, ensuring proper access controls and user roles are maintained.
• Provide expertise in segmenting customer data within SAP Cloud to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.
• Manage the integration of various data sources into SAP Cloud to ensure comprehensive and accurate customer profiles.
• Develop and implement automated workflows and interactions within SAP Cloud to improve customer engagement and streamline operations.
• Apply SAP Cloud APIs and extensions to customize and extend the platforms capabilities according to business needs.
• Supervise and optimize the performance of SAP Cloud integrations to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align SAP Cloud solutions with business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams on the effective use of SAP Cloud features and functionalities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP Cloud configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Resolve any issues related to SAP Cloud integrations and user management promptly.
• Document all processes, configurations, and integrations related to SAP Cloud for future reference.

• 12+ years of SAP experience, with a solid background in SAP Marketing Cloud

• Possess extensive experience in SAP Emarsys integrations and cloud management.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Emarsys Cloud user management and segmentation.
• Proven track record of managing SAP Emarsys Cloud integrations with various data sources.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
