Job Description: We\'re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Banquet Sous Chef to join our team in Brillion, WI! You\'ll work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee and coordinate the culinary operations for our banquet and catering events. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional and unforgettable dining experiences to our guests. Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing all culinary aspects for banquet and catering events, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standard of quality and consistency, following established recipes and production guidelines Collaborate with the Executive Chef in creating innovative and appealing menus that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions Manage and direct the banquet kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and maintenance procedures are followed Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and utilize efficient cooking techniques to maximize profitability Ensure proper execution of banquet events, coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service...
