Job Summary
As a Breakfast Chef you will be required to practice skills in assigned sections to the set standards.
You will prepare ingredients and meals in accordance to the approved recipes in order to maintain quality in production and presentation
Maintain clean food preparation areas
Ensure all food products are received in good quality
Practice a safe work environment at all times
What we’re looking for
Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Previous kitchen experience at similar level is required
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is essential
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
