Our Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) helps customers by delivering pioneering electron microscopy, spectroscopy and microanalysis solutions that combine innovative hardware with sophisticated software suites. We span across the business areas of semiconductors, life sciences, material sciences, and data processing and visualization software.

Position summary:

To achieve the growth strategy of the Semiconductor Business Unit, our research and development department is looking for a Project Execution Manager (PEM) to coordinate and implement the roadmap for a strategic data management solution. The PEM acts as a primary liaison between the Product Lines and the Software and Hardware teams at R&D. The PEM is accountable for collecting customer requirements and feedback, and for supervising the roadmap in terms of timeline, prioritization, planning, and SAFe delivery. The PEM ensures smooth communication and partnership between teams spread across multiple sites and timezones. Other responsibilities include ownership of the Software Release process, and writing the documentation for Service and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

This position is ideal for a Senior Project Manager with demonstrated ability in delivering, deploying and supporting complex solutions to our customers, combining hardware and software technologies.

  • Engineering or Science degree. PhD or other advanced degree

  • Ability to engage and interact naturally with multi-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve significant business objectives

  • Excellent written and spoken communication

  • Ability to acquire a valid passport and travel internationally if needed

  • Proficient in English
