The Data Governance Manager for Radiometer is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the quality and security of data across the organization. As a key member of our Data and AI team, you will oversee data standards, compliance, and privacy matters, working closely with the business units and IT.

This position is in Brønshøj, Copenhagen and is hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead cross-functional data governance initiatives to address data-related challenges and opportunities such as data accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and security.

  • Establish standards for data quality and monitor compliance with these standards across the organization.

  • Manage data governance tools and technologies, provide training and support to data stewards and other users.

  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of a data dictionary and metadata management.

  • Monitor changes in data regulations and ensure organizational adaptation and compliance.

  • Promote data literacy and data governance awareness across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related role, or experience in the same role.

  • Strong understanding of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Have strong business understanding and change management skills.

  • Project management skills and experience leading data governance initiatives.

  • Experience in working with Microsoft D365fo and D365ce.
