The Student Assistant for Radiometer is responsible for assisting project managers and the process manager of the PMO. You will be a part of the Project Management Organization in Acute Care Diagnostic Department and report to Elisa Lengler, Process Manager at PMO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Make project structure for saving documents

  • Save and organize different project documents

  • Maintain and keep PMO site on SharePoint updated (news, links to project sites, org chart, project priority list, processes)

  • Add new features/design to the SharePoint site

  • Support on standard work for handling the project portfolio (large excel sheets, etc.)

  • Assist in arranging social events

  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Field of study preferably in business and project management

  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Miro etc.)

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Drive for continuous improvement (process and people)

  • Interest in project management

  • Focus on timely delivery

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent English skills

As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining valuable experience in project management and team collaboration. You will have flexibility to work from home when needed due to exams or other academic activities. The position requires 7-15 hours per week, depending on your schedule, exams, etc.
