Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Broomfield, CO
Pay: $24.75 per hour
Shift: 3rd shift - Friday to Sunday, 5am - 5pm
Job Overview:
Join our client's team as a Machine Operator in the manufacturing department. You'll support the production team with various tasks, including trimming excess material, assembling parts, molding, and de-molding. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily production and assembly tasks, such as trimming excess material from the molding process, assembling parts, molding, and de-molding.
Operate presses and other machinery.
Conduct quality checks on each piece.
Cross-train team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand in a relatively stationary position for 75% of the time.
Occasionally move around the warehouse to access materials and machinery, including using stairs to retrieve parts/products from shelves.
Use fingers and hands to assemble small parts, involving repetitive motion and the ability to grasp parts/tools for extended periods; may include handling fiberglass rods.
Use a computer and other office productivity machinery (e.g., calculator, copy machine, printer).
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors, requiring the ability to talk and hear.
Visual ability to see raw materials and parts for safe assembly and production.
Regularly lift, carry, and move supplies, parts, and products weighing more than 35 pounds during production or while storing products in inventory.
