As a Program Coordinator, you will support the Marketing department with the implementation and execution of Michels culture strategies. The Program Coordinator will work with various internal and external contacts to successfully promote the Michels brand and culture. Critical for success are strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.

What it takes:

· Associate’s Degree in Marketing or related field, and 3+ years of customer service experience (face to face)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image at all times

· Public speaking skills

· Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

· InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite experience (preferred)
