About the Function

Global Reward Operations (GRO) Team was primarily only responsible for the execution of the Annual Reward Cycle in Workday. The GRO team has taken over even more roles and responsibilities including the Sales Incentive Pla bonus calculations, Salary Benchmarking and Salary Survey Submissions.

About the Role

The GRO team supports respective benefit processes (for example: product allowance, car allowance) for European markets. The Specialist will drive the definition/scoping, documentation and improvement of the online and offline benefit processes and create the condition for a successful annual benefit enrolment for the entire population of Europe. The purpose is to scope out, document and improve the respective processes across Europe and review and update procedures in line with new legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure all in-scope reporting activity is completed in time and accurately;

  • Leverages insights and looks for opportunities to raise suggested changes to processes and ways of working;

  • Ensure all Steps Maps, WI’s, Benefits matrices, Benefit Guides, Factsheets and FAQs are reviewed and kept up to date on a regular basis and made available to appropriate teams conducting training where necessary and ensuring consistency and accuracy of all communications materials;

  • Ensure all CARM controls and data reconciliations are carried out and issues resolved.

  • A good understanding of HR processes & data

  • Payroll experience is highly appreciated

  • Strong analytical/numerate and problem-solving skills

  • Methodical, logical, organised, and flexible approach to work

  • Excellent Hungarian and English language skills

  • German language knowledge is an advantage

  • High level of attention to detail
