In this position, you will support the Global Treasury team in payment administration processes of GE Healthcare. Support in the introduction of new procedures and processes that require significant data reconciliation and collection tasks.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Get to know, understand and deliver payment administration processes

  • Access management (requests, token management)

  • First level pre-check of payment processing and confirmation (initiation, proof of payment)

  • Support self-audit process

  • Participate in payment process related testings

  • Data provision for reporting (periodical and ad hoc)

  • Work closely with payment associates/ analysts and advanced analysts

  • Perform adhoc responsibilities as assigned by team leader

Desired Qualifications/Requirements

  • On-going university studies (BSc or MSc)

  • Commitment of at least 2-3 days per week

  • Office user-level management (Excel, Power point and Word)

  • English language skills at least on a communication level

  • Precise work

  • Reliability

  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.

  • Ability to build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Ability to execute on instructions and multi-task to deliver on targets
