Main responsibilities:
Lead sourcing of goods and services within External manufacturing & Supply activities
Execute and implement contracts/agreements in the perimeter with International CDMO’s / Suppliers ( CDMO : Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations)
Develop, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies in support of Internal stakeholders
Conduct supplier and technology market analysis with specific benchmarking reviews
Contribute to building innovative category and/or sub-category strategies that have measurable benefits
Anticipate and consolidate all business needs to develop action plans, execute negotiations and facilitate implementation
Ensure good execution of any category sourcing plan in line with global strategy and regional/country needs
Deliver world class total savings objectives
Ensure procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality)
Manage Business Reviews with identified key suppliers
About you
Experience :
Background/experience within Pharma Industry is a must
Experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
Experience preferred within Drug Product or Drug Substance
Procurement and/or international experience preferred.
Soft skills :
Analytical and negotiation skills
Management skills in assessing business issues
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams locally and international network
Technical skills :
Preferred demonstrated knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (i.e., SAP) and financial practices
Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Languages : Fluent English. French would be a plus.
